This is my corner on the internet where I share the things I enjoy in life! A lot of that starts with home décor, creative inspiration, and, very simply, pretty things.
For years, I saved décor ideas long before I had any real use for them. That changed when I got a chance to fully renovated our family home. Suddenly, it all became plans. The renovation taught me a lot, deepened my love for making a home feel good, and unleashed far too many grey hairs!
Anything pretty is another big interest. Right now, it is taking the form of junk journals, which has me knee deep in creating these junk journal supplies. Expect plenty of inspiration, finds, and ideas from that world too.
Books sneak in occasionally. When I’m in my reading mood, Cozy Regency Mystery tends to win. Apparently, murder, witty banter and excessive restraint are enough to keep me entertained.
I work on a couple of other blogs as well, each with its own focus. The Kate Bala Blog, however, is where I get to explore the lifestyle side of things I just rambled about and any new thing that I fancy!
